Inquiries, complaints, and claims

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the Buyer may submit a written complaint via mail or email. Baredine d.o.o. will respond to all comments and complaints within a maximum of 15 days from the receipt of the complaint or comment. During this period, the seller is obliged to provide the buyer with a written or oral response to the submitted complaint. In the complaint, the buyer must provide their contact information (name and surname, address, telephone number or email address) and a precise description of the event/complaint.
